We have 3 workshops left; March, April & May.
To date, John Swett Science Workshop goers have explored making and tinkering with magnets & electromagnets, paper circuits, potions in chemistry, wind powered cars
toys from trash, & automatas.
This workshop is brought to you by the hard work, dedication and resources of your principal Adam Welcome and the John Swett PTA. The Community Science Workshops in our local schools are now a program of the New Leaf Collaborative (NLC). NLC is a 501c3 California Public Benefit Corporation. The Eco-Literacy Program that visits John Swett and brings hands-on ecological literacy lessons to your students through New Leaf Academy's internship program is also a program of New Leaf Collaborative.
Please fill out the contact form on this blog or reach out to Ellen Concepcion if you have any questions, suggestions or just have something nice to say.
